Baileybarn's tough little mare HOMECOMING DANCE, will be retired this week. After her last race, she's telling me it's time for a rest. She leaves the game with a record of 49 (18-8-10) $1.387.735 , including 12 SW's (1 G1, 1 G2, 3 Gr3's). I think my favorite of her wins was her G1 victory in the GSR Mares in 2005, in which she came from 6th to go by the great GINGIVITIS in the stretch. She was one of the great Baileybarn lineup in 2005 that won 25 stakes to lead the sim that year. I will miss going to the barn and not seeing HD in the first stall but she has earned her retirement. Farewell, girl!! Hopefully she can produce a lot more like her!!
